7. Playing Text
Different playback features can animations can be applied
to special text.
Left align Scrolling, multiline two, multiline three,
multiline four lines of scrolling text, flashing, animating and flipping are some of
the 50+ special features you can apply to text.
Recommended: It is recommended that you use a new page
for each line of 'single line text'.
Eg. Page 1 > Single Line Text
Page 2 > Single Line Text
Page 3 > Single Line Text etc...
This method will give you the most options for 'play
time' and allows you to have various texts over each other.
Multiple Line Text is for larger signs only. (above 100px
high)
Note: The Text Admin panels are in simple format. For
more complex animations, font control and effects, we
recommend a Flash file or creating a
video file format.
For Scrolling Text: Choose > Scroll Left Default.
Tip: Select the Background Color on the page. This will
ensure any animation feature has under color.
7.1 Add / Insert Text File
You can also use a .txt file or .rtf file to display.
Advantages of using an exterior file such as .txt
Spell check, save, print, store. Use an external text
file so quick edits can be completed. The simple editor is
used for simple functions only.
7.2 Add High Impact Text
Display a short term message without
re-programming.
A special 'high impact' text only field is also available
to you.
Choose > Setup > Add High Impact Text
High impact text will sit uppermost layer on your display
and is used for short term, quick messages without
re-programming a file list.

Adjust the placement position of your high impact text.
Adjust the animation control and time. Choose to insert a
file or manipulate using the simple editor.
Use for temporary messages OVER
a file. This panel adds instant 'high impact' text
during any play.
Example: Goal!..... resume...... Goal!..... resume
Tip: You can swap Animations to update any minor changes.
Add High Impact Text can play over images, videos,
backgrounds etc. and is used for inserting quick up to date
& short term scrolling digital messages.

Set a size for your multi line text area.
Choose a Z order for layering
Move around the player with X and Y values.
