2. Software Installation
QS Super Player™ includes a self installer. Open
your folder containing QS Super Player and click
Installer.exe
You need to install.
1. QS Super Player™ Software
(On supplied disc)
2. Samples (On supplied
disc)
3. WinPcap (Network Packet
Software)(On supplied disc)
Follow all prompts.
Install QS Super Player™ into your
C:\Program Files\QS Super Player
for best memory allocation, file retrieval and play control.
It is recommended to install QS Super Player™ on a single
system. QS Super Player™ requires a network card connection
that may overwrite existing settings.
Avoid using a windows network computer with random IP
Network Access when you log in log out etc. The QS Super
Player™ requires constant transmission from a single
computer IP and open dedicated port.
Once the QS Super Player™ software is installed...
1. Go to your desktop
> Right Click 'QS Super Player Icon'
2. Choose 'Run as
adminstrator'
The program will open with default Adminstrator settings.
3. You can now use
the software to create files.

4. Create a sample
file to the exact pixel size of your LED sign. Eg. Sign
= 192 pixels wide x 32 pixels high. Make your file stage
area 192 x 32.
(Choose Setup > QS Super Player Admin > Width px & Height
px ) (More Info)
Please note: When creating a graphic, you LED sign will
not output pure black.
2.1 Pre Checks & Turning ON Sign
** Installation should be carried out by qualified
people.
1. Power Sources: Ensure that you have a reliable safe
power source supply (10amp 240 volt) before connecting any
LED sign.
2. Ensure you have an appropriate surge protector and
safety trip switch installed for electrical shock safety.
3. Attach Ethernet Cable to your computer system.
4. Turn ON sign, and listen for fan operation.
2.2 Connection Success
1. Open QS Super Player™ Software.
IS... If your system is automatically connected to
your computer, you will see this stage image on your sign
display.

IS NOT... If your system is not automatically
connected, you will see a black stage.

Trouble Shooting.
1. Go to Setup > QS Super Player Admin > Select Drop Down
Field (Network Card Name)
2. Click > NIC Assistant
a) No Receiver Card Found. Check Cable connections.
Determine if Network Card(s) are showing in the Drop Down
list. Check Drop Down Field for other Network Card(s).
Select other name if appropriate.
b) Click > NIC Assistant
3. Install WinPcap.(On supplied disk)
4. Contact your Network Administrator to check security
suite settings and network access.
5. QS Super Player™ requires network card connectivity at
all times.
Trouble Shooting Windows Vista
Windows Vista, the network card can not be found...
1. Please Select > QS Super Player > Right Click >
Attributes > Compatability > Rank > Select 'Run as
administrator'.
