19. Digital Signage FAQ's

1. Windows Vista, the network card can not be found...

- Please select > QS Super Player > Right Click > Attributes > Compatability > Rank > Select 'Run as administrator'.

2. Change Sign Size

- Choose > Setup > QS Super Player Admin > Width px > Height px

3. Automatic restart

- Choose > Settings > Software Settings > Auto Settings > Play When Windows Running

4. Video unable to play

- Please download common video Codec and reboot system. If you can not see video on your computer, the sign can not play. Please see your network adminstrator personnel for permissions.

5. Hardware Settings

- This section is for experienced technicians only.

6. Brightness Adjustment

- You can set different brightness levels for your LED signs. Choose > Settings > Brightness Adjustment

7. Update Online

- This feature is now available via disk.
